Everyone has been so welcoming, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and I love that the programming gives you so many things to work on. The coaches are great people with an emphasis on training correctly and really care about your individual goals. I highly recommend CFA to anyone looking to gain a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
