Avonlea Highlands

Best apartments I’ve ever lived in so far! Most apartment complexes have staff that rush to get you in and stay on top of you for rent but don’t do much when it comes to handling personal issues you’re having with your unit. This place is completely different! The people and staff are nice. It’s very clean, quiet, and feels safe and peaceful. They handle maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. The system they have in place for maintenance requests makes it very easy to submit one. Plus they have a connections team that hosts events, leaves sweet notes and items at your door for birthdays and special occasions, and they even provide food from time to time, so you can get a break from cooking and just relax that evening. Again, this is by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

The Avonlea apartments are an enjoyable, quiet, and safe (gated) place to live. The apartments are modern in style with granite countertops, stainless appliances, pretty wall moulding, and easy to clean laminate plank flooring. The facilities are well maintained with very nice landscaping. Maintenance responds very quickly to any issue needing attention. Several nice amenities are provided. Rent cost is higher than other nearby apartment communities.

I'm a new resident, but my experience has been phenomenal so far. I chose Avonlea Highlands after visiting many of the apartment complexes in the area.
The application process was really fast and the assistant property manager helped me with anything I needed along the way. The apartment was perfect for move-in, spotless, and everything in working order.
I also love the security of the gates being used as they should be, as I have lived places where the gates were always left open.
Overall, I'm quite pleased here, and I think it's an excellent place to live.

I absolutely love everyone here at Avonlea Highlands. Office staff is always very welcoming and available for any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance is always very responsive to any issue that may arise, and the grounds are kept very well. One of my favorite aspects of living here aside from location are the community events scheduled a few times every month. There aren’t many apartments that really give you a sense of community the way everyone here does! They really listen to residents & use that feedback to make living at Avonlea a great experience while you’re here. Monthly events are always changing to what people here want to do! Which is a great way to keep everyone engaged & socialized with other residents. From newly renovated apartments, to amazing location, phenomenal staff & maintenance, I will be so heartbroken when I leave. I so highly recommend everyone that wants to live in a nice community to come here because you will fall in love from the moment you come.

I have lived at Avonlea Highlands for about 6 months now and am very pleased with the experience so far. The office staff is kind and works so hard at accommodating all residents. Neighbors are friendly. I feel safe here and love how quiet it is. The amenities are great and the staff loves to put together events and contests so it makes the living experience more fun and enjoyable. The location is perfect for all of Cartersvilles restaurants, stores, and events, and right off the interstate! I would recommend Avonlea to anyone and plan on staying here awhile.
