Maple Ridge Healthcare Center

I have taken care of many hospice patients who live(d) in this facility and it truly is one of the best in metro Atlanta. The staff is caring and attentive and the facility is clean and well kept.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the care given at Maple Ridge. My great grandmother spent the last few years of her life here and made many friends with not only the other residents but the staff as well. She of course had her favorite caregivers and to shout out a few Jewel(CNA), Big Mama(her made up name for one of the nurses), and Nola(The activity director). She thrived at Maple Ridge and always looked forward to chatting with her favorite people. It didn’t go without a few of her wise cracking jokes or letting people know what she really thought about them. Maple Ridge became her family and we adored them. We are so thankful that we had the care of their staff to help care for our grandmother.

Maple Ridge will always be one of my favorite places of employment. I was treated with appreciation and respect. The teamwork and morale that the staff had was unmatched, and the management was always willing to listen and jump in to help. The facility was always well kept and clean. The residents were treated with love and compassion. There are always a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. All of the staff from dietary and housekeeping, to the nursing staff, all the way up to the DON and administrator were very caring. I would highly recommend this facility as both a place of employment and a home that you can trust for your loved one.

I sleep better at night knowing that my sweet mamaw Darlene is being cared for at Maple Ridge. The nurses treat her with respect and care for her like I would myself. The Director of Nursing was so helpful, it was clear she cares about every patient and family and takes pride in the facility. She made the transition seamless and made mamaw and our family comfortable from the start. Thank you Maple ridge.

My loved one has been a resident at Maple Ridge for while now, and I have been consistently impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that the staff has provided.

The staff at Maple Ridge are truly dedicated to their residents. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that each resident's needs are met. For example, when my loved one was having difficulty moving, the staff worked with her to create a personalized care plan to get her back to good health. They also made sure to provide her with plenty of fluids and snacks throughout the day.

I am particularly grateful to the Director of Nursing, Sarah. She is a true leader, and she has created a culture of compassion and excellence at Maple Ridge. She is always available to answer questions and address concerns, and she is always looking for ways to improve the quality of care.

I am confident that my loved one is receiving the best possible care at Maple Ridge. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a high-quality senior care.
