Wes & Tony did an amazing job installing lift, wheels, and tires on my truck. Had a few bumps in the road, but they went above and beyond to get me back on the road! Love how it looks. Will go back and recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 19 TRD Tacoma 3 months ago and ended up hitting a deer about 6 weeks ago. I gave styles auto a call and got in touch with Cory. Cory had me bring my truck down and told me about the process of getting my truck taken care of. I left my truck with him for about 3 weeks and not once received any update calls. Every 3 days or so I called for an update just seeing where they were with the repair. I was always told the same thing.
Once at the 4-5 weeks mark I called again and was told my truck was done and pulled out front 2 hours ago and Cory hadn’t gone out to look at it. Well luckily I called because I don’t know if I would have been told my truck was ready or not that day, especially after the phone call issue. I got to styles after he told me to head up there to come look at the truck and I could not believe he told me to drive up there with the issues with the work done to my truck.
The front bumper and a big chunk missing out of it and they painted over the chunk thinking I was not going to see it I guess. The body lines for the bumper were way off and there were other paint chips that were incredibly apparent. I could not understand why he would tell me to drive all the way there just to see that. I feel like he could’ve told me there are some things wrong with it let me get it taken care of but that’s just me I guess. Anyways after I left pretty upset, I called Cory asking about how they were going to fix this for me. He then pawned me off to his production manager Austin.
Let me tell you right now Austin is an amazing person. He gets work done the right way the first time. A very straight shooting person.
He made his painters stay overnight just to get my bumper re done and flawless.
Got the body lines corrected and sent me on my merry way after very nice conversations about life.
I’ve been in the car service industry as a Service Advisor all of my career. Let me tell you Austin is a person of dignity and trust. I have a lot of respect for him for all of the things he did for me and my truck!

Styles Auto Care impressed me with their fast and professional service. I made an appointment for 8am Friday morning for my Subaru and by 2pm my AC system was replaced and working great again. Their price was the most competative out of 5 other local shops I contacted. I highly recommend their business. Well done Styles!
