Where do I begin, I absolutely love this facility and it's beyond caring staff. I'm now on my second go around here and couldn't be anymore pleased with their service. Customer service is top notch thanks to the lovely Ms. Melissa. My business will continue go to this unit and that of anyone I know looking for storage. I was really in need of some extra storage and Melissa took the time on her busy day off to accommodate me and my needs. I only wish I could give them 10 stars because 5 just not do them justice.

Melissa and her sidekick made me welcome due to what I am experience. They are some very awesome people. I recommend anyone in the Cartersville Georgia area and surrounding City to go and do business with them. There hospitality is 1 to be reckoned with.
