“Our stay was wonderful. While we did experience an issue during our stay, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The staff were amazing also. They treated us with respect as well as kindness and had great attitudes each time we spoke to any of them in the lobby or anywhere else in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel but most of all the manager and staff here. They were great!”

“We were visiting family in Cartersville. We had reserved a room at a different hotel. When we arrived the hotel had given our room away. We had a reservation. My wife in handicap and requires a room with a roll in shower. They offered a different room with a tub and bench. This would not work. They left us with no other options. We started calling around and we found Hilton Garden Inn. The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. Hilton Garden Inn was able to find us a room that meet our requirement. We were told to ask for Anthony Jr. when we arrived. Anthony knew all about our situation and had everything in motion as we arrived. The room was great. It had a roll in shower as we requested. The hotel was a great place to stay. Great service. Very clean. Breakfast was great. They made great Belgian waffles to order. My wife commented that this is one of few places that cooked the bacon correctly. Bottom line I highly recommend that if are in need of a hotel in Cartersville, GA choose Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville.”

“Convenient and open year-round. Many beautiful sites on the lake with nice views and sunsets. Some sites are downhill back-in and can be tough to navigate. But most are generally level, and quite private. Check site details on the website for appropriate lengths. The bathhouses are not particularly convenient, and are over due for an update… But overall, we enjoy the quiet and the views at this park.”

“This was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in - period. Everything, including the shower tiles were pristine. I have never felt more comfortable in a hotel room alone & the staff was kind and helpful. Worth more money than some of the 4 star hotels out there! The mattress was also surprisingly comfortable - hybrid. Couldn’t recommend more highly if you’re looking to stop near Atlanta”
