“Fantastic! Well above and beyond in customer service!! Made sure we were able to find the parts I needed for my daughter's car. Spent the afternoon with my mom and this most incredibly interesting and helpful man, Mr. Jewell, out in Cartersville. He didn't have the specific thing we were looking for at his salvage place, but drove with us to another place to find it. I learned that he worked for Coke for 20+ years, worked as a pastor for 31 years, and has had this salvage place for 35 years, which his father had before that. He went well out of his way to help us, and in turn deeply blessed my heart with his stories. He spent 2 1/2 hours with us!!! I can't really describe WHY he was so amazing- incredible work ethic, truly loves Jesus and his wife, has done amazing things living in Cartersville his whole life- but he just emanated JOY. LOVE. HAPPINESS. CARE. CONCERN. I don't know what it was, but I sure hope I impact people one day the way that he does.”

“My only complaint here is that they allow smoking next to rooms. While I was trying to relax, my AC was sucking the smoke from the outside because of the neighbors being right there and blowing it into my room. I wish they wouldn't allow smoking so close to the rooms. It was horrible. Would I stay here again? Sure, but next time I'll try and be moved if this happens again. I stay in hotels on the weekend, 8 months out of the year and only experienced this twice now over 4 years.”

“My husband & I drove almost 30min to check this place out and it was so worth it! We had the molcajete and it was absolutely amazing . So full of flavor ! The chicken and meat were so tender. Our server Vicky was so friendly and overall the service and atmosphere was awesome. Our food was out in no more than 15 minutes so idk why people are complaining about slow service. I've waited longer for "fast food". I highly recommend this place!”
