(June 17, 2023, 10:25 pm)Westbury Center of Jackson was a beautiful place! I can only review this center based on how Grandma seemed to be doing. Grandma was joyful, she was alert and quite literally eating her dinner with a smile on her face. The center was clean and there is a bird enclosure that the clients get to enjoy, who am I kidding, we visitors got to enjoy them too! I left pleased with the condition grandma was in and I pray that she continues to gain her strength and is able to be discharged soon. All this improvement is ultimately the Lords mercy and grace, and also the work of those who are attending to the needs of grandma and ensuring good and healthy treatment in her recovery! Thank you Westbury for taking good care of grandma! God bless you!

(April 27, 2023, 6:44 pm)Check in machine worked well. Staff was friendly. The resident I visited needed help finding her remote, cna was called and she was friendly and helpful. Staff greeted me with a smile. Facility was clean and nice and my friend who stays there told me she stays busy with activities every day. I was glad to hear that.
