I needed new carpet installed before selling my house and Coastal Flooring was very professional and was able to get my carpet replaced and ready for photos without me even being in the state. The pricing was great too! I highly recommend this company for any carpet needs!

We recently purchased a new home and the carpet was urine & pet ridden. The smell walking into the home was horrific. The previous owners had 2 cats and 2 big dogs that it seemed they never let out to use the restroom. The carpets smelled aweful, the urine stains were set in pretty bad and on top of that it just looked very old and worn out. We went into the local location and met Ashley, one of the owners. She was very friendly and even let us take a few samples home to see what we liked better. We then contacted the other owner, Ashley's husband and he was also very nice. The picture I uploaded is with the new carpet and pad they installed. They quoted us fairly and set up installation within 2 weeks. There was a hurricane headed to the coast which set us back a few days but that was fine. The installers, Jeff and Wayne were also very friendly and efficient. The carpet & pad was also top tier in our opinion. We enjoyed talking with them. Overall great experience, affordable and friendly local company. Will most likely purchase vinyl plank flooring in the future to replace all the carpet from them!

Dependable. Good value. I have worked with Coastal Floors both with my own home and for my work as a Realtor. They carry quality stock. I know when they give a quote it is accurate and the work will be excellent and on schedule. They have a beautiful show room and can even discuss the contents knowledgeably. You just won't get that at a Big Box Store.
