My wife and I decided to move back home from Orlando. We must of looked at what seemed like a million homes. I kept coming back to Sawyer & Associates homes. I wished I started out with Sawyer & Associates, then I wouldn't have waisted a few weeks, if not months searching. Once I viewed Sawyer & Associates homes, I new that this was my forever home. They went out of there way to wait on us selling the home in Orlando and really didn't need too as the homes dont stay on the market very long. I'm retired Military and they really made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the process. I will stake my 44 years of military & contractor service, that if you go with Sawyer & Associates homes, you won't be disappointed, guaranteed! My husband and I just closed our new home on January 22, 2025, 86 Amanda Trace.
We wanted to let you know from the day we walked into your office on Marsh Harbor Pkwy and met Sarah Pratt, how we feel very blessed to have had her guide us in this purchase and build.
The experience we had begun with us telling her what we were looking for and she took us to look at models that fit exactly what we wanted. She guided us through picking the best lot for us. We were looking at 2 different lots and ended with lot 69. It was with Sarah's guidance that we felt we made the perfect choice for us.
During the entire process of the color selections and material selections Sarah had a great deal of patience and provided excellent suggestions along the way. Whenever we wanted to or needed to make changes, Sarah always helped with the changes with a very gracious attitude.
Sarah's communication is very prompt and exact, you can always count on Sarah to get us the correct answers very quickly.
No matter what would come her way Sarah always came through no matter how difficult the situation was. She exceeded our expectations. It was great having Sarah able to send us pictures along the build process as we were in Tampa during the build.
Sarah is the sweetest person we have ever met in the professional sector. The entire team at Sawyer and Associates has far exceeded our expectations. We are so thankful for the that day we met Sarah and was introduced to this community. We are so glad we found Sawyer and Associates! My husband and I were looking for the right home in the right community. We had a sizable list of features that we required and our home in Fiddlers Cove gives us all we wanted and more. Nikki listened to our desires and scheduled a visit for us. We drove up from Florida, and within an hour, decided on a home under construction in Fiddlers Cove. Nikki introduced us to Sarah and Sarah showed us every finish detail that was planned for the home. We modified a few of the choices to suit our taste but Sawyer's designer had done an excellent job in selecting high quality products and finishes.
Since we lived about 3 hours away, Sarah kept us updated on the progress of construction through pictures and email. She even helped schedule a couple of amenities that were outside the scope of construction.
When construction was completed, Cario, the construction manager, spent about an hour and a half walking through the home with us. We were pretty much in awe of the quality but he found small imperfections and had them rectified.
We have built several custom homes over the years and Sawyer is by far the best experience we have had. The entire Sawyer team is highly skilled, professional and courteous. We are honored to be their customers and their neighbors!

We fell in love with our new home immediately. Like most models, there’s usually a glitch hear and there. Sawyer and Associates took care of the issues and our needs on a timely basis.
