“We make this a stop on our twice annual North/south trek. Carol is a fabulous host, attending to all our needs. I love the jacuzzi room upstairs. Each room has different amenities, so be sure to talk about what you need. The attention to historic detail is fun to explore while the rooms are comfortable and unique. Breakfast ...well, let’s just say my foodie husband would visit just for the breakfast! This is a labor of love and not a polished corporate location. Go with the flow and enjoy the break from the busy I95 traffic. Good restaurants nearby. Quaint tiny town that time has passed by”

“I’ve been here on multiple trips with my two toddlers and it’s by far my favorite local shop for kids! You can find such great deals and fun things for kids here! They always seem to have new items anytime we stop by. Also the staff is AMAZING! They are very sweet and super understanding and accommodating to children! My oldest loves to wonder around and check out all the toys and it always stresses me out how she doesn’t put things back just right and on multiple visits I’ve been reassured she is fine and they don’t mind her wandering around, though I do try my best to follow behind and fix things it’s nice to be able to shop peacefully and not feel judged for having kids that act like kids. Definitely recommend this place to any parents or anyone else looking for kid items!”

“What.a great place to eat...went here on a suggestion from the hotel I was at, as I was leaving there was a couple who were coming in gushing about the great meal they had just ate there. After a long trip and just wanting some good hot food I went expecting worse, hoping for better..I was so happy to say ..they were awesome, not only did I go in and order from the front but the customer service was wonderful.. September was who I originally spoke to but Alexis who took my order was fantastic... They were slammed but even with the crowd I only waited less than 15 minutes and my food was ready . I had a calazone minus the ricatta cheese .. delicious, the dough was the best I've had since home, the homemade vegetable soup was hot and a lit spicy but hit the spot.... the fries great and homemade ranch to dip into.. I would definitely recommend checking them out and a bonus it won't break the bank..”
