“Chris is amazing! He listened to all my concerned and goals. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts a week and i am constantly on my feet. My job requires everything lifting to sometimes running. My biggest concern was being sore and not being able to do my job fully. Chis pays close attention to form, making sure you aren’t straining and you are doing the workouts correctly. His work outs focus on different areas and he puts a lot of thought into your training. He provides a variety of workout equipment to keep the body guessing. “I visited Planet Fitness today on a free 1-day pass. I had been hearing a lot about their Clubs. I thought the Staff was pleasant and Friendly. I went with my Daughter who is already a Member. The Club was very clean. I liked the arrangement of the workout equipment. They have tons of bikes, treadmills and other aerobics stuff.i love the Smith Machines and leg press. This Club is new, and all equipment seems to be new. I’ve worked out at Gyms and Fitness Centers across the Country for 35 years, so I’ve seen a lot. I would recommend this Club to anyone of any fitness level or age. If you are over 65 like me, I think you would like the Club. This Club is not for Extreme Power-Lifters and over the top Bodybuilders. Take advantage of the 1-day free pass and check it out.”

Well, NORA IS THE BEST HAIRDRESSER EVER!! She's smart and has wonderful inner talent, she's a perfectionist, and she's very sweet, professional, and patient. She walked me through my first haircut so I wouldn't be nervous and it far exceeded my expectations! No need to be uptight anymore, as this is one of the best haircuts I've had in the last 30 years!
