“Had such an informative talk with John about my transmission. We were setting up an appointment when he realized my car was still under warranty. He explained to me that I should take it to the dealer and insist they honor the warranty. It was a second hand car and I was not aware the warranty was still good. He actually called the dealer for me. Great person with real patience with an elderly women! I'll recommend this business to everyone I know. He could have taken advantage me and I would never have known cause I stay far away from the dealership, no trust in them at all.”
