John did an excellent job on a large project. This included small projects from installing new wiring and a fan to changing the circuit breaker panel and upgrade house power. Highly recommend!

My technician, Isaac was great. He quickly identified my issue and fixed it in virtually no time and he educated me in the process. I appreciate them getting someone out same day. My only issue is that I was told prior to booking that the $89 service charge to have someone come out would be waived if the estimate was accepted. I wasn’t given an estimate prior to and I was charged the $89 fee, plus a $69 diagnostic fee, plus the repair fee. If that would have been clearly defined when I specifically asked about it beforehand, I probably would have given 5 stars.

Isaac was excellent! He installed my Tesla wall charger, Ring floodlight, and whole-home surge protector. The installation was quick, clean, and professional. He also took the time to explain how to use the equipment and walked me through the warranty process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
