In addition, and I hope that this fact is not overlooked by all of the various families with loved ones at Hidden Lake, you have maintained a SAFE environment. We have all heard, seen, and read of COVID-19 breakouts among the elderly in assisted living facilities and the like. THANK YOU there as well.
My Mom has been at Hidden Lake since May 2014 - shortly after opening. In my opinion, and given my experiences, EACH of you are the BEST to have ever held your positions!
(November 26, 2019, 2:51 pm)My Mom is has been very happy here for the last year. They make her feel very special and loved. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are all very caring people. We are so blessed to have found such a great place for Mom!
(February 7, 2019, 10:18 pm)I was Blessed to find this unbelievable facility for my Dad! The Staff is the best you could ever find. Tonia, Teenie, and Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my Dad is comfortable and well cared for. This is a very difficult time for any Family to transition into. But, These ladies are ANGELS!! Their 5 star facility and care is exactly how you want your loved one cared for. The Waterford at Hidden Lake and their Staff are the BEST in the business. I am so thankful for who they are and what they do!
(October 6, 2017, 9:02 pm)This community has had new management since April 2017 and is really a different place! The food is great w/a new Food Services Director, The new RN really focuses on resident care and the Exexutive Director takes care of issues and concerns on the spot; she leads a great team! You can’t find a better view/setting anywhere in Cherokee County as they have a gorgeous lakeside setting/green space in back which includes the ability to fish! The community also has a lodge like feel when you enter that is welcoming. The apt’s are larger than others I’ve seen and they are willing to work w/families to suit their financial needs. I recommend Waterford at Hidden Lake; you won’t be disappointed w/the new leadership or the care and services your loved one receives!
