“My prayers were answered when we found Ridge Manor for my mom with dementia. My dad and I looked at numerous memory care facilities in Canton, but none could compare to the love and attention she receives at Ridge Manor. The ratio is 1:6 twenty four hours per day. Most of the other facilities we looked at were 1:8 during the day and 1:10 or 16 at night. My mother is a big fall risk and needed much more attention than the larger facilities could offer. She has a mat next to her bed which chimes so that they know when she gets up. The caregivers at Ridge Manor have completely spoiled my mother. They know her favorite foods and drinks and they offer them routinely. They do not get upset when she is agitated and know exactly how to calm her down. They call me if mom doesn’t eat a meal, if she didn’t sleep well, or if she shows any signs of not feeling well. I’m a nurse by trade and I completely trust Jason and the caregivers with the care of my beloved mom.”
