I have used SHR to rebuild starters and alternators for years. Always easy to work with, pleasant, great work, fairly priced.

I’m glad places like this exist. The alternator on my Maserati stopped working and SHR was able to rebuild the whole thing in 48 hours and make it look new for $175 vs. $1,200-1,500 for a brand new one.

We have used this location before to rebuild our alternator and starter. They were honest in letting us know that our alternator wasn't bad and didn't charge us anything for checking it out for us. They have a friendly staff and a quick turn around on their work. It is 1.5 hours from us but it is worth it to get good reliable work done. Well worth the drive.

I called about my classic Squarebody power issue and Ira told me to bring it down. He helped diagnose what I had going on and made a recommendation based on "what he would do if the vehicle was his". Made the new alternator he gave me "plug and play". Solved an issue I was having for a long time.
