“Stopped smoking and drinking on first visit with Stephanie. (after having smoked for 40 plus years) I knew I would need help to stop smoking b/c in reality I didn't really want to quit, but I needed to for my health. I asked if we could cover drinking too, as I knew that would be a trigger for wanting a cigarette. She said, "No problem." And that was that. Understand, I still have that "urge" occasionally to smoke, but I won't act on it, somehow. I just won't do it. The drinking part? I never even think about it, period. Stephanie, thanks for giving me that extra little something to get rid of that unhealthy habit! I never thought I could do it. Nor did I think it would be so easy!!! My family thanks you, too :)”

“This place is wonderful! Ange Alex has helped my family start a new path to health through nutrition. We had allergy/intolerance & nutritional deficiency testing to determine what changes to make. Then Ange went over the results and walked us through the process of cleaning out our kitchen, choosing products at the grocery store, and made a meal plan for the week based on what my kids already like. Substituting ingredients for healthier ones in recipes that the kids enjoy made the first steps to change less overwhelming. I feel amazing and never would have believed just how much better I would feel. I've seen positive changes in my kids as well. I can't wait to add the other components that this Wellness Center offers - Cooking classes, Yoga classes, massage, and organic skin care! 😀”
