Amazing customer service start to finish. This team could teach a class in customer service as well as execution. I was extremely happy with their sales presentation (lower stress and educational), their insurance team was very helpful and fast to respond, and the day of install went perfect with the owner checking in several times to inspect the work and hear any concerns.

I hadn't ever replaced a roof so I had a lot of questions. They answered them all and had strong design recommendations. In addition, it was an insurance claim due to hail damage. I wanted to ensure everything was done ethically and fair, they were great at showing me evidence and presenting it to the adjuster. The install team was careful and worked very hard to finish the job the same day and left the property clean.
