I love Arrow Exterminators! After using several other companies to help control my German roaches, Arrow was successful! The main office provides excellent customer service, and the technicians are outstanding. They not only treat our home but also educate us to keep it bug-free! I honestly can't say enough about Arrow Exterminators. They genuinely stay on top of our home and are always highly professional and always on time when they visit!!

I shopped around for quotes from a few different companies and ended up choosing Arrow and it was the best and easiest decision I’ve ever made. Samantha, who helps with the consultation calls and bookings is absolutely amazing. She was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and her customer service was immaculate. We had to reschedule day of and they were so understanding and able to get us the next available day! Sean was assigned to our house and I seriously can’t say enough good things about him either. Very professional, on time, and answered all of our questions. We are a younger couple and I absolutely loved being able to connect with both Sean and Samantha in personal ways that made this experience that much better. I would recommend Arrow, Samantha, and Sean to everybody and anybody looking for not only a great service but a seamless and stress free experience! Thank you!!!!

Bob is good and we are so grateful for him. He came out the very next day of calling the Woodstock office, he did his inspection then called me for an update and sent me a quote after his free inspection. Recommended a bond for a good price.

I've worked with this location for a few years and it has been great! The technicians are always thorough and go above and beyond. Pete is awesome! The office staff is super helpful as well. Everyone positively supports the brand and seem to really like working at Arrow making customers happy.
I've used the mosquito and wild life services as well which is nice to have access to if needed and will likely switch to them for termite protection when the time comes. On top of providing great services keeping my house bug free, they keep pricing reasonable and don't sell you things you don't need.
The great work and customer service sets them apart from the corporate pack. Don't change a thing, it's been a pleasure working with the Arrow family. Thanks team!
