  Went here yesterday with my daughter in search of a healthy snack. We each got the "rose bowl" and it was absolutely incredible. The staff was super friendly. I'll be making this a regular stop. Highly highly recommend. Finding parking was difficult, but to be fair it was Saturday around 7pm.

  SUMMARY: Great place for a refreshing, healthy bite in downtown Woodstock! Whether you're vegan or not, if you're looking for a delicious snack, this is a MUST!
  
  I worked at a popular, high-traffic juice and smoothie shop in NYC before smoothies and acai bowls were trendy, so my standard is pretty high -- this place does not disappoint.
  The entire menu is delicious! They have a variety of juices, smoothies, bowls, as well as a small selection of coffee, toast, protein balls, and kombucha. I LOVE the Rose Bowl and Avocado Toast.
  Their smoothies are all fresh ingredients (no ice fillers, syrups, or concentrates) which I appreciate. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
  Execution is consistent from visit to visit, and they do a great job of making things kids will love too!
  
  The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. I love coming in for a work session at one of their tables or afternoon read on their couch.
  They also have a walk-up window if you don't want to come inside.
  Location in the center of downtown Woodstock is perfect for your post-workout fuel up or your snack for a walk in the park.
  
  My only gripe is that their juices aren't cold-pressed, which is a must for me for the nutrients, but there is so much else to love.
  
  CONCLUSION: A visit here will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted, and is well worth the headache that is driving in downtown Woodstock 😋

  I love this place. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and happy! The staff seems to really love their job and being there. The inside is very clean and also gives a relaxed home vibe. The service is very fast here. You don't wait long and the portions for the bowls are huge! I ordered the Eden bowl and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Also an Instagram worthy presentation and so colorful! I recommend this place. It is refreshing and perfect on a hot summer day!

  I have only amazing things to say about Eden but one of my experiences says it all. I am a mama of 5 and often take my kiddos to Eden for a healthy treat. On one of those days, my 2 year old was struggling and throwing a fit. She knocked our entire order out of my and spilled it all over the floor. The staff so graciously remade our order, cleaned up our mess, and kindly took my 2 year old by the hand to help with the clean up. The ladies who work there are always such a blessing and make my crazy crew feel welcomed. We all LOVE every single thing we’ve tried—and we’ve almost tried it all.
  
  Also, when our family was down for the count with illness, Eden kindly delivered our favorite treats right to our door! I can’t say enough or give enough stars to say how much we love this place. It’s not just healthy eats—it’s a full Eden experience that you MUST try. Rain or shine, hot or cold, we will be there with much gratitude and enthusiasm ❤️ I highly recommend checking them out.

  Eden is the sweetest little spot in Downtown Woodstock. I have been several times and each time has been a lovely experience. The staff are all super kind, knowledgeable about the menu and quick to suggest something yummy for each guest. My personal favorites are the Strawberry Bliss Smoothie with vanilla protein and the Blue Spirulina Lemonade.
  
  It's so refreshing to have a healthier option in the area that's super delicious! Everything is so fresh and locally sourced. Eden also works to support other small businesses by carrying their products in store.
  
  I can't recommend this place enough, its perfect for a quick on the go smoothie, meeting a friend for a chat, or studying.
