Coleman Home Services just recently finished a huge screened in deck project for us. The owner Scott had excellent communication throughout the whole process. His 2 master carpenters did impeccable work, were always on time, friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves after each day of work. We hired Scott and his crew to take care of multiple repairs around our home. He & his crew were very professional, easy to work with, and did a great job on all the repairs. Before the job, Scott was careful to point out any areas where the cost might vary once they got into the wood; and also places where the paint / grout color might not exactly match the current color. In the end they did a great job of matching colors, and there was only a minor variance to the estimate due to more extensive wood rot than anticipated. I also appreciated Scott's approach to planning the job, offering suggestions that were clearly superior to my original thoughts on the project. Scott's crew completed the renovation of my two bathrooms yesterday. The entire process was flawless from start to finish. The process went exactly how Scott had planned it and my wife and I are completely satisfied with the finished product.
