I had the pleasure of booking my very first appointment at the Lifetime Fitness Spa. I had a stylist named Jackie, for my women's cut. She was a doll of a sweet person. Despite Covid 19, they are truly making ever effort to keep their people safe. I enjoyed an excellent service with extremely friendly staff and managers. Lifetime mountain brook has always been one of my favorite clubs.

Been employed by Lifetime for nearly 10 years, one year at this location. We are currently rebuilding our team to full capacity, but the team we have now is very talented. I love working here, love the free gym membership with employment, and getting my services with my amazing coworkers!
