My wife and I have had a fitness center with commercial-grade equipment in our home for years. We had used an Octane Fitness Max Trainer at a Marriott hotel in San Diego last summer and loved it so much that we decided to purchase it as a holiday gift for ourselves.
After researching several online distributors, we decided to purchase the Max trainer from Premier Fitness Source. This was by far the best fitness equipment purchase experience, including in-store and online purchases.
When we originally called, we spoke with Phil and he owned our purchase all the way through delivery. Initially, he sent us the spec sheet on the trainer to make sure it was the same machine we used in San Diego. Once we confirmed it was the same machine, Phil took our order and payment. The unit shipped the next day and was delivered within a week! He then helped us schedule installation and assembly of the unit via Assemblers, Inc. which is a nationwide fitness equipment installer. Assemblers, Inc. came out within 2 days of delivery and had the machine installed (we paid Assemblers, Inc directly).
Phil stayed in contact with us throughout the shipping and installation process to ensure we received the unit and that it was installed to our satisfaction.

I was looking for a new treadmill and after a search I found Premier Fitness in Woodstock. I wanted a more local place to purchase and not a big box store because as I learned from my last treadmill purchase when it needed maintenance due to issues I did not receive much help from the manufacture.
I worked with Phil in store who was absolutely wonderful at answering my questions on the treadmill I had in mind. He did not try to sale me on something more expensive and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me. I also learned they handle maintenance on the models they sale and it's really nice knowing if I have any questions I can reach out and they will assist me.
I paid for delivery and setup since this is such a large machine and worked with Ed and Mark. They were both great and had it setup in no time. Ed went over some basics with me and he was also gracious in letting me ask multiple questions so I felt comfortable. Ed also stressed if I ever have questions to please reach back out to them and this is exactly what I was looking for in service. I cannot recommend Premier Fitness enough and look forward to purchasing more equipment from them in the future, maybe a bike :)
We recently purchased 2 pieces of Precor Fitness Equipment from Premier. When selecting the equipment the staff was knowledgeable and did a good job matching our needs to the type of equipment that would suit us best. Once we selected the equipment they were very open and honest about delivery and the impact that COVID had on timing. They told us two to three weeks and they met that deadline with time to spare. The crew that delivered and assembled the equipment was courteous, efficient and patient as we decided the particular placement. We are moving into and furnishing a new home and have had nothing but delays with appliances, furniture and a number of other items. Premier provided us with an exceptional customer experience compared with all of the other vendors with whom we have dealt.
I was looking for a new treadmill and came across Premier. They offered great advice (including quick responses on live chat!), a fair price, and a wonderful machine. I couldn't be happier with how they handled every aspect of this purchase.
It is Cyber Monday and I am on the hunt for an elliptical that was $1,000 off and selling out. I call all over Atlanta, and out of state. I contact Premier Fitness Source and chat with an online rep named Phil who offered to take my order via phone. He walked me through the benefits of white glove service and answered my questions. When he sent an email confirmation I saw that he was the President of the company. Wow! They were closed for the evening, and he was assisting with my order from his home. He was personable and informative. Good Customer Service truly does start at the top and it was also obvious I was speaking to a Servant-Leader President.
