Dylan Jarrell was the best sales rep I have ever dealt with in the car business. He was very knowledgeable, and also showed me vehicles that were in my price range. I test drove two vehicles and purchased a 2020 Ford Escape. I was only at the dealership for maybe 2 hours unlike most of the time it’s a full day experience. It was quick and easy. I am completely satisfied with my experience, and I hope more people will go to Krause Ford for all of their vehicle needs!

Came here for a Kia Soul 2014. Spoke with Stacy who not only sent me a Video within a hour of the car but called me assuring me that the car was in perfect condition and had been certified. When me and my father got there Stacy greeted us, showed us the car and had the most positive and caring attitude. She was patient, kind and understanding. Answered all of our questions while helping us with each step of purchasing the car. I highly suggest if anyone is going to this dealership look for Stacy if you want the best customer service, she sees you as family and will treat you as such.

I usually hate going to dealerships but my son needed a car and Stacy made the whole experience wonderful. No high pressure and a relaxing comfortable atmosphere. My son got the car he wanted and the process was smooth. Impressed with Stacy and the staff for a positive experience. It was worth the hour drive- highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I wanted to share my experience at Krause Family Ford in Woodstock, especially with my sales executive Dustin Wilkes. I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service I received while going through the process of buying my new vehicle. Dustin went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted, no matter how long it took or what it took. Needing to put wife on the application normally isn’t a big deal. Today it was. She was at home sick with the flu. Dustin said, no problem, thought outside the box. He sent her part of the application by text, got that done. Well she still needed to sign the documents. Again, Dustin got creative. He rode with me to my house, let my wife sign the documents while we waited outside & we rode back to the dealership to return the documents to finalize the sale. Everyone there was personable, welcoming and treated me like I’d been there a dozen times before. But again, I can’t say enough about how outstanding Dustin was with the entire process. Thank you all at Krause Family Ford and especially Dustin Wilkes for helping me secure my new Lincoln SUV.
