“I was on my way from Florida to a reunion in Tennessee with a few Sailors I served with in the Navy. On the way, I hit a large raccoon at highway speeds (the raccoon didn't make it). My insurance company provided a list of over 20 local repair shops; I knew I had the right one in Caliber Collision when I walked into this location. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. I asked if it would be possible to have the bodywork and engine repairs completed before the end of the week as I would be heading back to Florida in just five days. It was explained to me that parts deliveries were slow (my car needed a few front-end parts including the intercooler for the turbo, a radiator, and, of course, the destroyed body parts). I was provided no assurance that they could complete the job by Friday (dropped it off that Monday), but they did say they would try. I recieved a daily update -- mind you, I was not calling them; they contacted me! And, as each day passed, I started to feel more confident the job would be done, and by goodness, it was! The entire team came through. All of the work was completed to perfection. Truly amazing! If I was allowed to provide more than five stars, I would. If you ever find yourself in need of their services, don't hesitate!”

“Hardline was amazing to work with. Nicole made it easy for me to decide on a lift kit for my 2020 Silverado by taking me through options and the pros and cons of each. I ended up with a BDS coil over suspension lift and couldn’t be happier. It rides better on the road than the stock suspension did. Also, Hardline was done with the job early. Today, I found myself (along with my infant son) on the side of the road with a flat tire, my dad came to help, and managed to get it filled long enough to get to Mavis. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like I was their most important customer at the time. I had never been to this location before, but she treated me like a long standing customer from the beginning. We were patched up and out the door not long after we finished our McDonald’s. “My 2008 Jeep Wrangler suddenly stopped operating and broke down in the intersection of Rhinehardt College Parkway. I contacted Daniels Body Shop and Wrecker Service. I spoke to the owner Jason and told me it would be 30-45 min. The driver arrived in about 30 minutes. I explained to him what had happened and he immediately told me he thinks he knows what is wrong with my Jeep. We lifted the hood and he moved the battery cables around which were very loose and I was then able to start my Jeep. I offered to pay the agreed fee of $125.00 and instead he wished me a Merry Christmas! When I arrived home I contacted Jason, the owner and I offered to pay for the services and he declined accepting any payment. I will use Daniels Body Shop and wrecker service again. This experience reminds me that there are still more good people in this country than bad. Thank You!”
