Jerry came after a couple of rescheduling on both sides. Finally he came and was very pleasant and friendly. He installed a couple of locks on basement doors and did a good job.
Very much appreciated. Charge was reasonable I guess, and I did appreciate that he owns the business since I believe in hiring small businesses.

Had a tough time looking for someone to have or door fixed permanently at one of our stores. Luckily I found Hester Door & Lock. Called them at around 11 AM and they showed up within an hour. Jerry was extremely helpful and professional. Explained what the issues were and also explained everything that he was doing.

This company comes highly recommended. I have a F150 where i locked my keys in. I called Hester A Door and Lock Service, after calling several others whose ETA were too long. In good time Jerry the locksmith showed up, and unlocked it and within 5mins, literally. Cant forget to mention the excellent price on the service.
