Orkin is great as long as you communicate what you need. They will come out as many times as you ask them to until the issue is resolved. Some of the service reps are better than others, (more thorough, polite, etc.) but that is to be expected. A

Orkin has always been of great service to my family and I (they were able to get rid of some rodents in our attic and made sure it was fully cleaned through after having the service unsuccessfully fulfilled twice prior). Recently I was helped tremendously by Doreen of branch 138, as she was able to get us a deal regarding our monthly services. I’m very grateful for how personable the staff is, especially as a large company!

Made an appoint with them, they showed up early in the two hour windows so I was pleased I didn't have to waste my whole day waiting. The specialist, Leo, showed up and introduced himself and explained everything that we would be doing today and how to proceed. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. I am absolutely pleased with the service.

Jason is fantastic! He’s extremely professional and very knowledgeable! I had another Orkin technician, but he really just didn’t live up to the name. They quickly responded to my complaint and sent Jason. Now I don’t want anyone else!
