Dr. Thomas and her staff have managed to create a warm, friendly, home like feeling in a dentist office. I've never experienced such a since of relaxation and calm in a dental office. Ttmhey don't overbook therefore your time with them doesn't seem rushed. Dr. Thomas and her staff, Tran, Esther and Nicole just to name a few are professional and personable. They have fostered an environment whereas you don't feel like just another patient you feel as if they care about you and your family. Dr. Thomas and her staff talk you through each step throughout every procedure. They try to ensure that you are educated and comfortable with your dental health. I've been a patient for more the five years. The only negative for me is their call back time. If you leave a message they ask you to allow them up to 72 hours to return the call. In my opinion 3 days is to long of await for a call back. Other than that I highly recommend Arena Dental.

Dr. Thomas is and has been a great Dentist for me and my family over these past few years. She has been very patient and informative during each visit. The staff is always friendly and welcoming each time we enter the office. I would definitely recommend Arena Dental group to all my friends. That says a lot coming from me. Dr. Thomas is the best I’ve been to as an adult. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and quick with a great personality! I’ve never had pain during or after any procedure. She has a great touch. If you’re anything like me, I’m scared of the dentist. I’m comfortable at every visit. Her staff is amazing and the office is immaculate!

Dr. Thomas' office is very modernized and up to date. The facility is very clean and welcoming. She, along with her staff are very professional and attentive to the needs of her patients. I have four children ages 19-12. It has always been a struggle to find a dentist in the area that I really loved and trusted for the kids. I heard about Dr. Thomas and decided to travel the distance to give her a try. The BEST decision ever and worth the travel. Her and her staff are very professional with the added personal touch. I can now say we have the First Class Dental Care that I’d been searching for for my family.
