into the store. He was patient and looked up several pieces
of furniture, as well as made suggestions, until I found the
right piece(s). Derrick has a very calm temperament and
I enjoyed working with him. There are several more pieces
of furniture I need and will definitely look to Derrick for
assistance.

I went in one day and bought a clearance item but I didn't pick it up, and I called back to see if I could just buy a brand new item instead and they were willing to work with me. They made it a seamless transaction and Patrick helped me out on both sales. I'm definitely a repeat customer.
