“I went to Larry’s tire shop last week because my tire was flat. Jacob was able to place a spare on until I was able to come back a few days later to a purchase a brand new tire. Literally 3 days after getting the back tire replaced, I got a huge nail stuck in front tire (so frustrating)! I went straight over to Larry’s shop the very next day. I do believe the frustrations of the situation was written all over my face, because Jacob said the most important thing to me, “ No worries, it may be an easy fix. Let’s just see what the damage is and go from there. Take it one step at a time.” Those words honestly meant the world to me in that very moment! As a female, it is so important to me to find honest and caring customer service business when it comes to the needs of my car. The ugly truth is that there are some people who will financially take advantage of female customers because of there lack of knowledge about cars. However, Larry’s shop was nothing like that. They took care of me in my time of need and helped to relieve my stress at a time I needed it most. Jacob and his team are extremely kind, and they are the perfect example of what an A+ business should exude. Amazing customer service, kind hearted, and very good prices. I’m not going anywhere else. I’m sticking to Larry’s from here on out for all of my tire service. Highly recommend!”
