“VERACRUZ is not that bad from reading the comments I haven't had any problems no roaches, bug,spiders, at all. I don't even hear nobody in my building barely. The only time I see children is when they are getting on and off the school bus. So I'm guessing alot has changed since then, maintenance could do a little better but other then that I'll recommend to anyone..”

I never really had any issues to call maintenance for which is almost incredible.... they don’t bother you at all much as far as leasing office goes and I love that my last apartment they harassed everyone but here it’s been mellow ...the entire 2 yrs of my stay. My apartment needs upgrade but I guess it durable...I was offered an amazing deal when I first moved in ...It’s very quiet here too ...I won’t be renewing this year bc I’m ready for a new scenery and upgrades but great place on the south side”

“I've been here for almost 2 months and really like it. Jaylinne has been prompt from day 1 before moving in. She was patience with ALL my questions both before and after the move-in and always kept me in the know. I sent an email of something small I noticed in my apartment at about 11 PM on a Sunday and by 10AM on Monday maintenance was at me door to take care of it. They keep us in the know with emails. It wasn't easy moving in a pandemic but I will say so far they have made it easier.”
