“This apartment complex is completely worth every dime. Our neighbors are extremely sweet and very quiet. Maintenance people are very kind and always come when something needs repaired. The lawn is always kept up with. Bushes are trimmed. Breezeways are blown out at least once a week. I love the pet friendly policy and the little dog parks that were built so the dogs can run and get all of their energy out without being on a leash. The poo bags are refilled very frequently outside so it’s very easy to clean up after your dog. There’s a valet trash Sunday-Thursday that come pick up your trash left outside of the door so it’s very convenient. The inside of the apartments are very spacious and have every bit of space that you need to be able to live comfortably. I would definitely recommend this apartment to all friends and family looking for a place to stay.”

The parcel concierge is set up perfectly, but multiple carriers make it difficult to receive larger packages accurately. There is a slight pest problem, due to being a first floor unit facing a wooded area. But overall, I’m pleased with the complex!”
