(December 18, 2023, 2:04 pm)I’m a new resident w/ 2370 Main @ Sugarloaf, and my stay has been pleasant thus far. The leasing staff are great! The amenities of the complex & units are recent & modern. The parcel concierge is set up perfectly, but multiple carriers make it difficult to receive larger packages accurately. There is a slight pest problem, due to being a first floor unit facing a wooded area. But overall, I’m pleased with the complex!
(October 18, 2023, 8:12 am)Leasing process was great! Mostly made so by the help of the lovely Katherine. Communication was smooth through email. Overall, I had a great experience acquiring the unit, and the overall property and community is great. I haven’t had any maintenance issues yet so have no comments on that, but they seem to communicate well when they need to enter your apartment for routine checks and maintenance.
