They were great to work with and were prompt with communication. They did great maintenance as well and were easy to communicate with. If you follow the contract and stay within the guidelines you won’t have issues. :)

it is now Feb 2021- and i must say.. i love it here- my condo has had minor issues, which when i placed my request, the men were here within a reasonable amount of time. my neighbors are the best . and yes.. i signed my lease for another year.

The company has been quick to respond to my questions since the day I submitted my application. My leasing agent, Greta Farmer, provided detailed information and made herself available whenever necessary.
When I moved in I received keys to a home that was clean, safe and functional. There were a few items that needed to be addressed which were handled expeditiously by the maintenance team.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision in choosing a home managed by Cog Management!
