I can honestly say that since the new owners have taken over (Preferred Apartment Communities) I can see so many changes being made. The office staff is very friendly and they have no issues addressing any situation you bring to them. I love my apartment. The community is quiet. Maintenance always shows up for me if I need them. The cleaning team throughout the community is thorough and also very friendly. The landscaping is always on point and I look forward to seeing the team working hard each week to keep the community beautiful. I would definitely recommend The Hartley! “Came in on last Sunday and I picked up application Mr. Bailey walked me through what to expect in the application process and he toured me on the 3 bed room. I really enjoyed my tour and will be dropping back off my app. I’ve come here with a Ms. Lovelace in the past her entire team was rude and treated me very nasty. It been a lot of turn over with management here and I hope they keep Mr. Bailey he truly seems to know what he’s doing and he doesn’t treat us like hood rats.”
