“I was in dire straights. I attempted to change my low beam bulb on my Mercedes myself using the instructions on a YouTube video. Little did I know that it is not as easy as they make it out to be. I was not able to get the bulb reconnected and was so worried about getting a ticket. I called this mechanic and the gentleman was so nice and offered to look at my car right away. He was able to set the bulb without charging me a penny! I will definitely use him for any further repairs on my car and highly recommend him to anyone looking for great services.”

“Moved to Acworth and I didn't realize we had to fill out a form to say the house is no longer vacant. The people I talked to were all very courteous and I spoke to my delivery person who seems very nice. They were quick to help me get set up to start receiving my mail. I was worried about the call when I saw the other reviews. I had a great experience but I made a point not to call during peak periods (opening, lunch time, closing, etc). I was definitely frustrated when I wasn't receiving my packages on time but when they explained that the form we haphazardly threw away was needed to get the mail going again, I understood the problem and didn't place blame on any of them. Being kind to your postal workers goes a long way despite your frustration, guys. Thanks again to this location for exceeding my expectations and taking the time to explain things for a first timer.”
