Alta Mill Apartments

I have lived here for three months now and I’m SOOOO incredibly happy with the complex and community. This is the best community ai have lived in. Very quiet, peaceful, and the leasing agents are so nice and very responsive whenever I need help with something. If you are looking to lease, make sure you get connected with Trico at the leasing office! He was fantastic.
So far I have had to submit three maintenance requests and I’m shocked at how quickly the maintenance guys come. In my previous leasing experiences,it normally takes 3-5 days so I’m super pleased with how responsive maintenance is.
There is also a target literally three minutes away (super dangerous) and the silver comet trail is about 7 minutes away.

My partner and I want to give a big thanks to Jaritza (please forgive us if this is misspelled). In December 2020 she showed us an apartment that was available. She was extremely kind, considerate of our time, and was helpful in making sure we received an apartment that fit our lifestyle. We decided an 11 month lease would be the perfect amount time we needed to find a house in the area.

Over our time at Alta Mill we took extremely good our apartment and made it our home. We do understand that with Covid-19 being an ongoing negative impact on the way businesses function that everything isn’t going to be perfect all the time. We really want to show gratitude for the entire staff at AltaMill and your contribution you make everyday to provide residents with good service is inspirational to say the least.

We do know that at this time some residents may not be satisfied with the effort that is put in day after day by the staff Alta Mill has, but I hope that at some point they will understand that we all have to work together to take care of our community. It was an absolute pleasure having friendly neighbors and being a resident of this community, which I would recommend to anyone.

Paying our bills ahead of time, consciously saving our use of utilities and monitoring our usage, making an effort to keep our apartment clean and maintained, and being reasonable is what shaped our experience at AltaMill. Part of having a good experience at Alta Mill or anywhere, is the amount of effort you put into taking care of your living environment.

Boyfriend and I lived here for 10 months. This was our first place getting together. Alta Mill was beyond great. The apartment that we had was in great condition. No bug problems at all in our unit. The bills weren’t sky rocket. Everything was just perfect. Maintenance team is resident centered and will always keep the complex cleaned. Yard maintenance is done every week. The only thing that sucked was the parking sometimes we would park a little farther than where our actual apartment was, but we just got used to it. They occasionally have garbage issues but it gets resolved within a couple days. Overall the experience was great we just had to move because our work distance was over an hour. If you’re looking for a place in Austell this is it!
