My sister was sent to Anderson Mill after having toes removed. The nurses and staff were wonderful to her. She felt safe there and that meant the world to me.
My experience with Anderson Mill was great. My mom was sent in for rehab after a lengthy stay at the hospital. The staff here especially Taylor with case Mgt is superb. And of course Quinton and his staff of therapist is nothing short of amazing. With all nursing homes and rehab facilities do come with some unpleasant situations especially with staff shortages. This facility did everything they could to keep my mother comfortable and getting her what she needed. It may take a little time but in today’s world it was very understanding. Average wait call 20 to 30 minutes that is at or above govt standards. Some times were less. If you are looking at a facility for rehab I would highly recommend. For long term care I would recommend as well but my moms care was for a week. Their therapist go above and beyond. Thanks Taylor and Quinton for everything you did to keep my mom comfortable during her stay.
I would very much like to commend Bree at the front desk. She always answers the phone cheerfully. She is extremely pleasant and friendly. My mother has been at Anderson Mill for months, and Bree has consistently and without fail helped me with every situation I've asked her to help me with. And she does it with such professionalism and swiftness that you rarely find in skilled nursing facilities.
The staff is so sweet and caring. They do have "a problem in the kitchen" the food is not good and you never know what you are going to get, but the physical therapist is wonderful and the staff is so caring for my mother. of course it's not perfect, things are going to happen (it's not a medical resort after all) but kuddos to the staff staying positive in a difficult environment.
