I have been working with Walton Community Services for almost 8 years now and I have no complaints. I must say that I am very happy. The CEO continuously engage and participate with members and staff and don’t just sit behind a desk. I’ve worked in large and small healthcare corporations and never seen this happen. When I first start eight years ago as a DSP this is what motivated me to stay with the company. I’ve grown from a DSP - CNA - LPN and now I’m a Nurse. Before working here , I’ve tried going back to school several times which turned out unsuccessful because of the difficult work schedule. This company work with my entire school schedule from start to finish which allow me stay financially stable throughout my entire schooling.

In addition, The office staff is wonderful, great communication skills. They are problem solvers; Making sure that all the caregivers are equipped with the necessary training so that the clients get the best care possible. Being a caregiver for more than 13 years, I have worked with several different companies and Walton Community Services is the best.

Holiday events (Feed the Hungry for Thanksgiving and Toys 4 Tots for Christmas) are wonderful services offered to those in need. Both events have specific rules to follow to qualify for the FREE events that are done out of sheer kindness from this selfless company. This company is wonderful to all.
