For the most part it was okay. Knowing when u go to these places, its a wait... I love the text idea and the workers moved quickly

Line was long, but once to the window, all was good. Courteous and helpful. I appreciate it. Guess I'll be back next year.

Went the first day open after Covid closing. Arrived at 745am. There was already a line that reached the parking lot. It took maybe 45 minutes after they opened (8am) to get to the window. I thought I had everything. Didn't have my DD-214 but she gladly excepted my (Retiree) military ID. Just remember you have to prove you're a resident of Georgia. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even had people helping you while in line. Great place.
