Mine is a simple residential project- protecting the fabric on my game table. Matt was so patient and knowledgeable as we organized my order. Excellent customer service, price is so much better than the Big Box stores, delivery perfect, clear extruded film masked 36' x 36' sheet is exactly right. Thank you !

They have several locations and I am not sure which one I dealt with but I doubt it matter. A company like this has good people everywhere. However, the one i got was SUPER. I ordered online but never received. The last scan on the UPS tracking showed Huntsville, Alabama as the last location. I tried to deal with UPS and they opened an investigation but never got back to me. I then called Professional Plastic and they IMMEDIATELY took care of my concern. They shipped me a replacement out of Atlanta, Georgia with next-day delivery and I got it the next day !!! Very well pleased. Absolutely a good company. TRUST THEM... I DO !! That was the very best one can expect

It is horrible to have to do a Delivery at the end of the RECEIVE AND SHIPPING building. AT THE END OF BUILDING, .. you go with the Truck until the end then you have to reverse or U turn back, in front of the door to unload another U turn back because of the driver's left side. HORRIBLE BUIIDING FOR TRUCK DRIVERS .. ALL BUILDING ALWAYS SHIPPING AND RECEIVE IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WAREHOUSE ..
