My experience with the Phox Realty Group was amazing! Jennifer was very responsive and made us feel like we were her only client, even though we know we absolutely were not! :) Her attention and knowledge was beyond what i could have imagined. We have been in our house for almost a year and even now if i have a question, she is still there to help me understand or answer questions.

Simply could not ask for a better company!

I have had the pleasure of working with multiple agents at Phox Realty since they opened their doors and have always been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, response time (which is very important in this and any market) and down to earth nature. As multiple agencies grow larger and larger, it is nice to see a company that remains so accessible while growing exponentially. For myself and my customers that work with Phox agents, we don't feel like we are another number, we are always treated like we are the most important customer they are working with at that time. I would (and DO) recommend Phox to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home, you won't be disappointed!

I love working with the Phox team every few months in a professional capacity. I have had wonderful experiences with Jen, Clint, and Alexis! They have been wonderful communicating and allowing a wonderful partnership. When looking for a home, Jen was awesome at laying out our options. While we decided not to buy quite yet, she regularly checks in to make sure we have access to all the homes hitting the market.

Our experience in our home purchase and sale experience was truly remarkable. If there were bumps in the road, Jen smoothed them out before we hit them. She was incredibly responsive and gave sage advice on how to best prepare our home for sale. We followed her direction and had our home sold in 12 hours for full asking price! We are now living on our dream farm and we couldn't be happier. We have since recommended her our friends and she recently helped them find their dream property too! Can't recommend them enough. So thankful for her guidance and professionalism throughout the process.
