Gave me my options and completed the repair at an extremely fair price. Good, professional work from a man with integrity. Thanks!
(June 22, 2022, 6:10 pm)Donald will be remembered as a superhero at our house for years to come. As others have mentioned, he is incredibly professional, efficient, neat, a great communicator, and excellent all around. Besides all those traits, he literally went above and beyond for us with an awful situation where another plumbing company conned us on repiping-- I literally kicked that "plumber" out of my home mid-job after learning they forged their licenses and had no clue what they were doing (Lesson learned: Verify all licenses, just don't trust the documents shared by contractors). I called Donald to see if he could come turn our water back on and assess the situation. He came quickly the next day and we decided to rip out all of the piping and start over since the fraudulent company sloppily installed PEX-B (when I actually paid for PEX-A). While we were burned by the first "plumbing company", Donald made a horrible situation into one of the most pleasant interactions we've ever had with a contractor. Thank you, Donald!!!! We are so grateful and wish we went with you the first time!!
(May 30, 2022, 7:13 pm)I am happy to give a review that is worthy of a five star quality. Donald was quick to answer my initial inquiry regarding a water heater that was 20 years old in my house. He came over for the estimate and was able to give all of the information that I needed in order to make a decision. Within a week of our initial conversation, my new water heater was put in. Very professional and I encourage any of you if you’re on the fence to give his company an opportunity for business.

(April 14, 2019, 6:38 pm)Donald has been helping us for several years to install sinks, fix leaks, etc. We purchased a new home, for us, over a year ago that required a new hot water heater which we converted to a tankless. Looks great, did a beautiful job!! We also, had to rip out our MB which was a new home owner surprise. He installed all faucets, shower hardware, drain, and our new tub. We highly recommend him. He's professional, thorough, neat, and knowledgeable.
