I love my Shibboleth life style! It is the easiest way ever to loose weight and I'm never gonna have a weight problem again because I have learned how to stop the weight and the education for a life time. Thank you Sasha and Travis for sharing with us this life style and for sharing your hearts. Also I want to thank yall for all the love that yall have sent out to all of us, and for all the hard work that has been put in this program.
You have great, loving and amazing teachers and people teaching us and leading us down the right path. I've never seen so many loving and helpful people like we have in our Shibboleth family. Your hearts are made of gold and full of love.
Everybody needs to be living the Shibboleth life style for a happier and longer life. I will always be grateful for what you have given me.

This is not a diet that you go on, Lise weight, come off and gain weight. It completely changed my life. I was diagnosed with diabetes and my A1C was 12.5. The doctor gave me the options, go on insulin or change my lifestyle. I was introduced to this program. I have lost 80 pounds and my A1C is now 5 for over 1 year. I have 30 more to go. Shibboleth is the best decision I have ever made fir my health.

For as long as I can remember, I had a bad food addiction. I would eat what I wanted, when I wanted, and as much as I wanted. I joined Shibboleth a couple of years ago and did the program on and off for the first year or so. I really got serious about it in the last 3-4 months, and my results at the doctors office in January were a complete turn around. I took overall cholesterol from 400 down to 102, Triglycerides from 1500 down to 83, and the biggest one of all, I took an A1C from 13.3 down to 7.3 in just 3 months. My doctor told me that she had never seen anyone do this in just 3 months. This program is awesome if you want to get your health back, you just have to be willing to work it and it will work for you. They teach you how to combine foods in the right combinations as well as meal size to achieve efficient fat burning and keep you there. There is not a food on this Earth that you cannot have, and best of all there is no food you have to buy from them, everything is at your local grocery store. This has been the best investment of my life, and it can be yours as well. They could charge double, even triple what they do, but they are a ministry first and foremost, and you can tell they really care about all their customers.

Shibboleth is amazing! You can lose weight and still eat good food! The recipes are easy and delicious. So many choices and you never feel deprived. The support from staff and members is out of this world! It is a wonderful family and the answer to my prayers! Thank you to Travis, Sasha, Jason and all the amazing staff who genuinely care about all their members. God bless you for selflessly sharing this ministry!
