Quality furniture with great service! We recently brought in a loveseat glider for some needed repair (re-wrapping). Sam, the manager, was quick to assist us; he genuinely seemed happy to help and has been great communicating with us as the repair is being made. With his outstanding service, and our love for the Georgetown collection, we decided to expand our seating to better accommodate our new deck. We ordered 2 new pieces and were expecting them to take 3-4 weeks. We were so pleasantly surprised when they were ready in less than 2. Palm Casual furniture is a little more pricy than other places we looked but there is no comparison in quality. I am a firm believer you get what you pay for and Palm Casual, as we have experienced with our glider, truly stands behind their products!

I love this place. They have made our oasis a perfect outdoor living space and I’m sitting out here now listening to a summer storm as I write this. The furniture is 100% top quality, and the service is fantastic also. What do you need? They will make it happen.
