Went to buy stuff for a female friend. I'm a male that's clueless about hair gels and hair, the young ladies behind the counter helped me a lot. It was nice to talk to a black female, that could testify about first hand experience with products.

I had the best experience today with Michelle. She had great personality and awesome customer service. She gave great instructions in detail on how to use a product that I have never tried before. I most def will shop here again because of her service.

This store was so well organized and had so much to buy! I was overwhelmed at first... but the organization helped me find what I was looking for. The employees were nice and helpful.

Trying natural hair before I decide if I am indeed hooked on the " creamy crack" aka a relaxer. I needed some perm rods to roll my 2-strand twists. I found everything I needed & a pair of cute earrings. The young lady that served me was friendly & polite. 😁 Yay. A very pleasant experience🤓💯💥💯💥💯
