“I,was very happy with the truthfulness of there completion date the first time that I dropped my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD 2500. I was told that I had a big motor in my truck and he told me that it would be 3,970 for a 2003 . My truck started to hesitate in drive I returned the truck last Tuesday and I picked it up today.and it was riding good,I ran a few errands and went home. I came out later and put it in reverse and it hesitated again.That means I have to return it again tomorrow. I am a realtor and I have to have transportation. I spent the money that I did to avoid paying for rental cars.”

“They did an excellent job of fixing what I thought was a tire that needed to be patched. Found nothing in the tire. Nothing wrong with the sealing of the tire and initially the valve stem. Technicians couldn't find anything wrong with the tire but realized it was low on air. Eventually they determined it was indeed the valve stem. Technician said that once he moved the stem it was indeed leaking air. Fixed the problem and kept me from spending more money on possibly buying a new rim.”

It seemed like the kind of thing someone might expect if they were buying a pair of high-end running shoes, but I wasn't expecting this kind of analysis when I was just buying walking shoes. I appreciated Randy's helpfulness and professionalism even more than the cool technology. He asked questions and listened—really listened—to my answers. He listened to the comments I made about each pair of shoes that I tried and how they fit. He clearly seemed interested in finding the solution that was best for me and was willing to take the time to do it right. I'm very happy with the shoes and insoles that I bought. The cost ended up being about what I expected and what I was ready to pay for good quality shoes. The most valuable part of the experience is knowing that I found the right shoes for my needs, not just a high quality or well known brand.
