“I had a very nice experience with the ladies of Studio B Nails & Co. about a week and a half ago. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon and they slipped in my daughter and I. They were very accommodating towards her, she just turned 5. She was aloud to watch TV to keep her occupied until it was her turn to get her nails painted. Raven did such a great job on my nails and even my daughters painted nails were the cutest she's EVER gotten!! Thanks ladies for the great customer service! We'll be back soon!”

I went back and forth with a representative and decided to just leave the matter alone. My mother ended up going back into the store to see about switching her phone and a representative, Jenny, immediately noticed our monthly rate was incorrect. She changed the rate and provided the necessary information for my mother to come pack and upgrade to the phone she desires. “Friends of mine who run always had good things to say about Fleet Feet. I've started walking a couple of miles a day to get my dog (and me) some exercise and needed some good walking shoes. I didn't know if Fleet Feet sold those, but stopped by the Durham store anyway and asked. I was impressed by the thorough and professional treatment that I received. Randy, the salesperson who helped me, scanned my feet, went over the results with me, and chose a few pair of shoes for me to try. I was impressed by the foot scanning technology. It seemed like the kind of thing someone might expect if they were buying a pair of high-end running shoes, but I wasn't expecting this kind of analysis when I was just buying walking shoes. I appreciated Randy's helpfulness and professionalism even more than the cool technology. He asked questions and listened—really listened—to my answers. He listened to the comments I made about each pair of shoes that I tried and how they fit. He clearly seemed interested in finding the solution that was best for me and was willing to take the time to do it right. I'm very happy with the shoes and insoles that I bought. The cost ended up being about what I expected and what I was ready to pay for good quality shoes. The most valuable part of the experience is knowing that I found the right shoes for my needs, not just a high quality or well known brand. The technology that you use was great, but Randy's help was the most important part of the experience.”

“Fast and inexpensive. I have an alternator that I purchased new about 1.5 years ago that had a failing voltage regulator. They tested it and said it tested fine but they replaced the regulator as requested because the failure would only occur when the engine and engine compartment was hot and I assume they couldn't recreate the conditions in the engine compartment on a bench. Everything works great now.”
