Was a bit overwhelmed when I walked into the store looking for a quart of oil for my car. I was asked if I needed help finding anything within 10 seconds of being in the store. The gentleman was quick to find what I was looking for and I was in and out in under five minutes. Great customer service!

My neighborhood Auto Zone (store # 0945) is the BEST! Huge shout out to Josh! His customer service is top notch! I value good customer service, and will definitely visit this location for needs regarding my vehicle. My experience today, validates the importance of exceptional customer service, despite what is going on in the world. Again, thank you, Josh!

I really love this location. They are so kind and helpful towards me when I need assistance. Recently, they helped me put my Honda key fob back together and made sure it was working again before I left. Caleb is an awesome associate as well as Chris. I will make it a point to visit this location again.

Brought my Acura TL in for test of electrical system. I was expecting same old service from any store , which is good, John’s help was above and beyond typical help. Tested system no problems, checked battery no problem. So ok I started to leave and he stopped me and offered a part for loose battery cable. Thanks will try when get home, but nope John offered assistance. Sure, so he brings drill out with free part, fixes the connection and car runs great. No more warning light. Sorry did not spend any money today with AutoZone but will be my store for future purchases. Also have bought here before but never this kind of service.
